In October 2020, an A* in Edexcel A Level Biology A (Salters-Nuffield) (9BN0) needed 193 marks out of 300 (64%), an A needed 163 (54%) and a pass at E needed 55 (18%). At AS (8BN0), an A needed 97 out of 160 (61%).
All marks below are raw marks from Pearson's published grade boundaries. Your grade comes from your total across the papers; the boundaries for each paper are Pearson's notional component boundaries, a guide to how you did on that paper rather than a separate grade.
There were no summer exams in 2020. Pearson ran an autumn series in October 2020 for students who wanted to sit the papers.
