Since the current Eduqas A Level Biology specification began, the A* boundary has ranged from 189 out of 300 (Autumn 2021) to 230 out of 300 (June 2025). Every series is below, with a link to the full boundaries for each component.

There were no Eduqas exams in summer 2020 or summer 2021; Autumn 2020 and Autumn 2021 are the October sittings. Eduqas notes that the boundaries for Autumn 2020, Autumn 2021 and summer 2022 reflect the grading arrangements in place during the pandemic, so they may be lower than in the years before and after. Eduqas's grade-points page has no AS figures for June 2016, the first AS series.
